ABSTRAK
One of the program formed by the government to reduce the burden on the community in
meeting basic needs is the non-cash food assistance program (BPNT) this study aims to
determine the implementation 0f the aid distribution program non-cash food (BPNT) at the
official design, kertasari sub-district ,bandung regency this research is a qualitative
descriptive research. Data collection techniques thatused are observation,interviews,and
documentation.determination of informant using purposive sanpling technique. The data
validity technique used is triangulation . the resuls of research regarding the implementation
of the food aid distribution program npn-cash (BPNT) in the official village by
interorganizational communicationthe socialization carried out by the implementing
actoshas been carried out wellabd sustainable, namely before the launch of the BPNT
program through e-warong inofficial village ang monthly socialization by the facilitator to
the group target implementing characteristics; the process of implementing BPNT policies
in the village implementer in the service still need to be improved.social,economic and
political conditions the social situation can stillneed to be improved .social, economic and
political conditions the social situatinscan still be said to good because there are still some
residents who are illiterate so that in conducting transactons the BPNT program experience
difficulty. For the economic situation of the community can still be said to be stable aand
the political situation is also not a problem. The disposition or attitude of the executor
;implementation of the BPNT program which will be able to achieve itsgoals properly
.allthe implementers involved have aclually carried oul lheir respeclive dulies and
responsibililies only its just that there are implementers who are reluctant to carry out the
tasks they carry out .
